lots of questions regarding clen. please help :(

hello ladies, i am soon to start my first cycle with clen and i have some questions before i start it.
first of all, i am 25 years old, 5'3 weighing around 115 lbs, i never measure my bf but my friend predicted its around 20%
currently im on CKD, working out 4x/week.

here is a few questions i'd like to ask:
1. i've read somewhere that you must start your first cycle ever on low dose so that you know what works best for you. does this look okay?
day 1 - 4: 20 mcg
day 5 - 11: 40 mcg
day 6 - 14: 60 mcg

2. i understand benadryl or ketotifen help maintaining the beta-2-receptors work properly. but its kind of difficult to find both items in my country. is it fine if i take clen without them? even when im off cycle?

3. most info that i've read probably convince that 2w on/2w off cycle is the best. however, i do not quite understand if there's another reason beside to avoid its side effects.
i mean, can i do like 4 weeks off instead of 2 weeks? or 1 week on, 2 weeks off?

4. im on CKD, as stated above. some people said keto diet wont be quite effective while taking clen. how true is that?

please help, ladies. i cant thank you enough for any answers. any comments will be much appreciated :)
 
for question # 2 the ketotifen helps prevent your body from adapting to the clen.
Your body will adapt very quickly which is the primary reason for 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. also that and of course the side effects can suck. shaking all the time on the higher dose.

Clen can also be overrated when it comes to shedding fat, you have to have your diet in check and a decent cardio routine for it to really be effective.

the most common cycle is this:
20/40/60/80/100 first 5 days
day 6 through 14 is 120
If you find 120 is too high some stop at 100.

Hi regita, welcome :)
I wouldn't leave Benadril out if runing a clen cycle.
I'm gonna be honest with you here, if your BF is at 20 % IMO Clen is not what u need,
U can bring down you bf with a good diet & training routine.. I'm not a fan of clen, I believe the sides are not worth it's use.

You can achieve good results naturally. It's all about the diet & training routine.
