Found me a fit and clever navy girl, willing to invest gym time with me and for me. Me Not doing it would be a failure! Help me guys LOVE is #1! She likes me as a fat guy and wants to help slim ME down... She said I'll be HER motivation!
 
few problems I see, not enough protien, boxed/packaged foods need to be out. cheese sticks for protien aren't going to get it.

keep it simple man high protien from WHOLE meats keep carbs moderately low,
40-50 mins of cardio pwo. and shred
 
try downloading my fitness pal, it's an app to count calories and keep track of your weight. it's an awesome app
