Low DHEA and low estradiol>>>

Hey guys,
been suffering from fatigue for about 4 years now after coming off a few cycles. Adrenal dysregulation if you will.
Really drained of energy. Even on trt for a year I never really felt better although my estradiol sensitive was 18 on trt just like it is now. Been off trt for 2 years btw.

Age 25
Height 5'11
weight 180
bf 15%~

on
75mcgs t4 daily
15mcgs t3
50mg micro dhea

Been working with Dr.Romeo Mariano who's awesome.

Anyways through diet and a little work we've increased my test from 430 to 620 in the past 4 months.

Still my dhea is low and so is my estradiol ultra sensitive. I had suspected most of my symptoms were from low estrogen (fatigue, poor blood flow to my junk, mental fog, lack of motivation, dry skin, cold hands), but assumed because I had a 420 total T my estro would be low as well. Even though now we've gotten my t up by 50% my estradiol ultra sensitive barely moved from 16 to 18.

Some days when I can see my gyno (which I've had since puberty) which I believe means my estrogen is higher I feel good and everything seems pretty normal. But those days are far and few between. Before all this crap happened I remember always havinga little gyno, my skin was brighter and oiler, I'd get facial flushing during exercise, just common signs that my estradiol was higher.

Anyways based on my last blood work doc doesn't really see anything too out of whack. He's putting me on some natural herb and taking me off welbutrin and guanfacine (for sleep) that I've been on for about a year, to attempt to boost energy.

He told me that my low estro could be the cause of some my symptoms. I wonder as my DHEA never seemed to recover , if by supplementing, will increase it as well as estrogen and make me feel better. We've been supplementing 50mgs micro a day but only had a slight increase in levels. Going to increase it to 50mgs 2x per day as well as ad 50mg pregnenolone and re test dhea-s levels in a month.

Here are my current bloods.
Other then maybe crohns disease (which I've never tested for but generally sufferes have low dhea and fatigue) from the elevated Cerivisiae IGG I don't know what else could be causing my symptoms. Doc didn't seem concerned about it.

Mentally I feel good, just physically drained all the time. I also took a food allergy test and have been avoiding foods that give me issue and getting 8 hours sleep a night. I do wake up often but tested for apnea back in 2014 and came back negative.

Any help guys??

Looks like the BW pictures have personal info, I would edit that out.

Apart from that, could you narrow the scope of your question?
What specifically are you looking for help with?

Why do I have low energy most of the time? Could it be due to my lower estrogen levels as that's really the only thing out of place other than low dhea.

Well low energy could be the result of many things, but I would be surprised if your E2 levels were to blame. If you consider the ratio of E2 to test, 18 at a test level of 620 doesn't seem that far off.
I think most guys shoot for something in the 30s, but they may also be shooting for twice the TT on TRT.

So your at 420 TT and 18 E2 ? Just want to make sure I got that correct. I couldn't tell if it went up 50% from then or up to that.
