I am 34 yrs old been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for about 5 months at a testosterone therapy clinic. I am on 120mgs every 7 days.
Last bloodwork was
Total 516
Free 19.0 pg/ml
Estradiol 18.9 pg/ml
(I asked for full panel results, and this is what they sent me; I believe this is all they ran)

I have experienced sore nipples with small lump for the last 3 months. Dr put me on arimidex .25 mgs m,w,fri.. This did nothing for the nipples but crashed my estradiol to 5 pg/ml..He wanted to just watch the nipple issue and cut back the arimidex to as needed. So last test(above) it was up to 18.9.. I have asked for other options or what is causing the nipple pain, They dont seem to know and are giving me no solutions. and now there is a lump behind the other nipple.

I am currently looking for a new dr, but having a hard time finding one that takes insurance.

In the meantime can someone give me some advice or atleast some knowledge I can share with these docs, to get me in the right direction?

Sorry if I left anything out

Get some evista or nolva ASAP

Evista has been shown to actually help with gyno even more than nolva in men.

Prolactin levels? Some will say you must have high estrogen levels along with high prolactin to get gyno. It still won't hurt to know your numbers. Good luck..

E2 at 18.9 and he puts you on arimidex. What a DA. And damn your free t is rock bottom. I'm afraid that anything Aromatase inhibitor (AI) he gives you will crash your e. I'd be pushing for more T.

Almost in the same boat... No lumps but definite increase in moob size since starting test but my e2 levels are steady around 15-25.

Yes, I'll echo what's been said here. Check your prolactin and if it's an issue get yourself some cabergoline.
