Low E2/sensitive, poor erections, libido, thoughts on protocol

Hi all,
Finally invested in the sensitive estrogen and also did the hormone panel from private md labs. For months I've been having crummy erections and to make matters worse I recently started dating a new chick who must think I'm 17 again because she wants sex back to back sessions. I ordered some liquid cialis in the mean time so hopefully it arrives soon. I have been running my current protocol for about 6 months. Been on TRT 3 years due to secondary. Really for the last 9 months to a year I've had crummy erections. The first two years they were amazing but I think the low e2 finally caught up to me. I'm 30, 6'2 235, 20 percent BF
Over the last year I lowered the test cyp dose from 200mg per week to 150mg trying to avoid high hemocrit and try the less is more approach. One thing that bugs me is even at such a low e2 the HCG gives me mild pimples on shoulders and back. I've tried a lower dose and the boys don't stay full.

My current protocol is:

75mg test cyp every 3.5days
500 iu HCG day before test injections
.5mg Arimidex day of test injection

Would love some insight in where to go from here. Seems like the test is a little lower than optimum but I've been making some serious PRs in the gym even at that level. Really want to get my good sleep, great libido and great boners back. Thanks for any insight.

Looks like you probably don't need an AI on your current protocol. Definitely stop taking it and see where your E2 comes in without it. That should have you feeling better in 2-3 weeks.

I agree, or atleast cut dose in half and get bloods in few weeks...
the CIA is great though Im sure you will like it! ; )

Thanks guys. Also wondering why HCG seems to cause a little irritation on my left pec. Any ideas even with my E2 that low??? Any ideas how to prevent the pimples too?

There is no amazing answer that will come out of that question. Unfortunately, the only real concrete stuff always circles back to estrogen and sometimes prolactin. Both of mine are rock bottom. If my testosterone levels are too high, I get gyno itch bad... even with E2 completely crashed. Since being on TRT, I haven't had a sensitive estrogen reading over 20ish (3-70) and average about 14. If my TT gets over 800, my nips go haywire. Hell... if I put my TT over 1000, my nips will actually start getting puffy... all the while estrogen can be crashed at <3. Nolvadex and/or Raloxifene do nothing as its not estrogen related.

Only thing I have found so far to combat it is lowering T doses. There are also some studies on tissue removed from male breasts showing some men have LH receptors in there. Could be the reason HCG causes the agitation. You might consider doing a lesser dose, but daily. Some Drs now have patients do 100iu a day, which seems to give less side effects than the larger pulses.

For acne, B5 seemed to help alot. I take two in the AM and two at lunch. http://www.amazon.com/Foods-Pantothenic-Acid-500mg-Capsules/dp/B0013OUQEM

This is pure awesomeness! I also, have really low estradiol readings while having puffiness in the nipples. Not necessarily itchy or sensitive, but definitely puffy and harder to get THO's lol

Nice insight thanks.

Appreciate the feedback. My body is a master of keeping estrogen low, which is most guys dream... but my nips are a pain in my ass and I can't run higher levels of T because of it.

Since starting TRT April 7th 2014, I have had blood work every two weeks, with a minimum of TT and Sensitive Estradiol (Labcorp #140244). I also chart out six measures of my wellness (energy, mood, libido, etc) daily, along with doses. Without fail, high TT always triggers nipple agitation. Never high estrogen, which I haven't had yet. When I look back at my higher T doses and corresponding higher TT levels, my daily indicators are also lower... meaning I didn't feel as good. I think some guys just function better with lower T.

I have been there and I have crashed my E2. Wow don't do that. Quick way to ruin a cycle and feel like dying Ha ! but not funny.

Low Estrogen Side Effects:

- Osteoporosis (weakened bones) ; (long-term low levels)
- Poor sex drive
- Fatigue
- Lethargy
- Skin quality diminishes
- Depression
- Poor sense of wellbeing & poor quality of life

Since starting TRT my back and chest have been breaking out a lot. I never had any acne in those areas as a kid. I want to try the B5. Just to be clear, you take 2 capsules in the morning (1000mg) and 2 capsules in the afternoon another (1000mg) daily?

Yes. I have also found I start to breakout as TT levels get over 850ish. My skin also gets really oily. As I back off a bit, I get relieve from the oily skin/acne.

Quick update. Feeling really good. Gonna get bloods in a week. Stopped taking AI for a week and morning wood came back and spontaneous erections. Lowered my AI dose to .25mg on injection days. Still I think the erections are about 85 percent of what they could be. Took liquid Cialis and that seems to perk it up to pre 20's strength haha. Also the nipple/pec pain I thought I was having, Im pretty much positive that was heartburn lol as it really only happened on my left pec. Pretty funny.
