Low energy Levels

I need help
I've tried clen and t3 and it made my heart rate go up but, I'd get on my eliptical and there would be nothing. I don't understand its like my body is fighting me, I have no drive, no burst of get go energy. I desperatly need to lose 15-20lbs and its getting me depressed. Can anyone suggest supplements or something. I eat alot of vegetable and plain chicken and tuna, the diet isn't my problem. I was working hard core last year and it was great I was dropping weight fast I was working out 5-6 days a week like 1-11/2 of cardio and weights I was taking thermalean then I went on vacation and came back and now nothin.
 
sleep/resting is aVARY important thing.
also i dont like the clen/t3 crap in my opinion.
just caffien, green tea, CLA and do the work with diet and trainning.
maybe youv burnt out your adrenal glands "adrenaline" also your thyroid glands may maybe need to level out agen?
how long have you been off the clen/t3?

also i fined tomuch sex makes it harder to work out some times a bit of sexual frustration helps. dont let your self get off till after you work out. (just sayin :p)

also are you drinking nuff water? get in atleast 8-10 cups in a day MIN aim for 12-16.

it sounds like you need to change things up re your diet and training
what you eat is important, but also when you eat

its also hard to suggest any drugs without seeing pictures and current progress

My sex drive has been n/a for a month I went off everything, my energy is nill. Caffiene is making me yucky. I'm hopeless lol
 
that is two common symptoms of hypothyroidism...

how are your hair and skin?

is you hair course? your skin kinda rough?

if not, how do you tolerate the cold? are you always the person who is cold even those around you are comfortable? do you have any muscle cramps or aches lately? menstrual cycle is normal?
 
I actually just got my thyroids and iron tested the beginning of the week do you think its as simple as hypothyroidism. My skin is alittle rough but I have always had rough hands, my hair is soft and fine. I get cold quite easily yes, I'm a whimp lol Yes cramps off and on and in my abdominal and back. And menstral was light. Do you know whats wrong with me? or any suggestions. I picked up some taurine,acetyl l-carnitine, and l-argintine. And a vita pak will that help?

Your right if its that cheap it does hurt to try, I know its partially winter but theres gotta be ways to rise above it otherwise winter would be know as the fat season lol

Thats why i bulk up in fall/winter its somthing to look foward to.
