Low or high E2 for mental stability

I think my hormones are out of balance sometimes
I take AI for 10 weeks straight and e2 is normal at 20-24 at .25dex twice a week
I'm not sure but is the AI even needed if your highest e2 was at 50-88 (88) being the highest ever sometimes its between 50-88 with no AI

Why i think they're out of balance because sometimes im all over the place and others im calm and collected

its not about low or high, its about the changes that happen to you when your hormone levels change...

what you want is stability, you need it to be the same week to week so that your body gets used to it

I understand, I probably have been messing up but i take dex for a few weeks and than stop because i dont need it or i dont think i really do
