low reps, high reps WTF!!

I think the best advice I can give is to of course vary your training but I spoke with some chez strong men this year and they do whats called a 2,000 rep day I have gotten to 500 on some and 700 on others but never 2,000...what you do is take an exercise put 50% or less of your one rep macx on and do it over the course of 2 hrs for 2,000 reps preferable in reps of 10 or more with a min to 2 min break....you will build more muscle mass than you know what to do with...
 
it's really not B.s. my man maybe I have the time a little scewed but believe it or not thee are some people who train pretty insanely. I wouldn't waiste my time giving somone misinformation.

I can't believe they called me at the top for a wobble...oh well I want to get 1300 before I quit....
 
both of my guys bombed on squats too. they were "extremely" strict. ill leave it at that. =0l

what did you weigh in at? looked huge as always.
 
380.....They were strict but they neede to be...thats why I asked why the red lights on the third attempt..
