low t question after blasting

Hello everyone,was hoping someone could answer my question.. I have been doing testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for about a year now and my doctor has me sitting pretty at 614 ng/nl which I am very happy at.. my question is i did a cycle of tren for two months while staying at my current dose of test so in my mind my test levels should stay the same. I went to the doctor for my annual last week and my test levels dropped to 177ng/nl . how is that possible? i never stopped my testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) the whole time on the tren so how could my levels drop? thanks for any help

i take 1/2 cc of 200 mg enanthate once a week

it had been about three weeks since my last tren injection and about six days past my last test shot at 1/2 cc of 200 mg enanthate

Sounds like the lab made an error to me.
