13 WEEKS IN
weight: 220-225
bf: 14-15%
weeks 1-10
-generic labs test e 500 mg a week
-British dragon anavar 40 mgs ed
-rui liquidex .5 eod
weeks 10-16
-generic labs test prop 150 mgs eod
-british dragon anavar 60 mgs eod
-rui liquidex .5 eod

NOLVA CLOMID COMBO
IM ON WEEK 13**
i go to the gym 5 days a week for weight training 1 body part a day
i do ninjitzu for toning and cardio 3-4x a week
i do treadmill 2-4 times a week 45 min
diet is 75 carbs only breakfest, pre and post work out
protein i do 35-60 grams a meal
fats i replace later in the day to take out the carbs( avacado, power butter etc)
before bed casein shake
i get in 5-7 meals a day..
MAIN QUESTION IS I GOT BLOOD WORK DONE LAST WEEK AND IM ONLY ON PROP AND VAR AND I KNOW THE VAR DROPS YOUR TEST LEVELS BUT THEY CAME BACK AT ONLY 825.. AND MY DOCTOR SAID I NEED MORE IRON AND VITAMIN D IN MY DIET.
ANY RECOMMENDATIONS
`+ FOR DIET OR TRAINING GOAL IS TO PUT LEAN MASS ON WHICH I KNOW IS HARD BUT THAT IS WHAT I AM AIMING FOR. I WOULD LIKE TO GET MY 6 PACK TO POP..
