Hi to everyone. Here are the results of my blood test:

TSH 2.23 mU/L (0.27-4.20)
Prolactin 243 mU/L (86-324)
LH 5.7 U/L (1.7-8.6)
FSH 3.0 U/L (1.5-12.4)
E2 less than 92 pmol/L (99-192)
TT 15.13 nmol/L (7.57-31.40) (15.13 nmol/l correspond to 436 ng/dl)
FT 7.71 pg/mL (8.80-27.00)

The blood was extracted at 11 AM on an empty stomach.

I'm a boy and I'm 24 years old. 160 lbs, 5'9'' and about 10-11% body fat
I train 3 times a week for 60-90 minutes and i'm a student, so i don't think to be overtrained. The only prescription drug I'm taking is cetirizine hcl which is an antihistamine. No OTC drugs. I've not been following any low calorie diet in the last year. I don't drink and I don't smoke.

In the last 2/3 years i started observing lack of morning woods and above all a significant difficulty in maintaining my erection. Things get better if I have a girl in front of me, because i'm more turned up in this situation, while sometimes i even struggle to get an erection when i'm alone. In the same period i've been experimenting a lot of hot flashes, intolerance to high temperatures (high temperatures for me are normal or even cold for the majority of the people) and i've a damn hot skin. I'm also very irritable and sometimes anxious and depressed. In the last months i've lost a lot of weight (lean mass :( ) and strength. Also libido is not so good in the last 4/5 months..

From the blood test, E2 and Free T are below the lower limit of the range. Moreover I think that TT 436 is not such a good value for a 24 yo boy. What do you think about it? Should I discuss with an andrologist/endocrinologist for some solution? Or are my values ok?

You are probably fine. TT levels are not constant all day. They are at their highest first thing in the morning (after a good night's sleep and on a healthy diet). You went in too late for your blood work. Try going in around 7-8AM next time.
