lowering estrogen

How long does it takes Estrogen to lower down naturally after a cycle? Lets say you do 15week 500mg test e, 10week deca and 40mg 5weeks dbol?

So what i mean is does it lower it by it self or do you need it AI'S to lower it?

If you used an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to hold it in check on cycle homeostasis with proper pct could be expected with 4 weeks no later than than 8 or so...we re all differant though. i suddenly have a strong desiree to wear a thong haha joke.... No i just finished a cycle, And atm i can get a hold of AI's were i am at. Its even difficult to get ahold of nolvadex right now. there are almost no s.e.r.m.s or ai's here.

I d say your gonna ride this out fine bro...estro ussually raises in relation to the amount of test taken in and converted to estro and Aromatase inhibitor (AI) s and serm s are used to counter the sides that may occur.

Most people s main concern is raising the test level back to natty.

The only real issue is if you have no post cycle therapy (pct), you could be in for a rough couple months and a prolonged state of high estro low test via negative feedback loop, but I've had to ride it out before years ago.

I'm assuming you are not in the states?

Thats right im not from the states. I got Nolvadex 20mg. But nothing else because there arent any other pct here right now.
