I have read a lots of your posts, very interesting. !
My question is about M1t. I use 10mg since 7 days and I haven't any effect yet.. Is it normal? Does the type of M1t I use isn't good? I rarelly seen information about time of the reaction before getting effet with this product (yes I have done my homework don't worry). I have tried yesterday 20mg (that's the tip of the gym store guy), I get a big headake but nothing else.
Here is some background information about me : 165 lbs, 5'8. Never take any stuff. I am trainning for about 5 years (start at 130 lbs, now 165 lbs). I do not have any extra fat on my body (very lean). I eat about 180 to 200 gr. proteine every days. I train 4 times/week.

Someone can help me understanding why I do not have any effect? Should I increase to 20 mg?
