macros on cycle

This thread looks like it can turn out good I ll throw some stats out there to help. No intention to hijack 5'8" 38 yrs 216 lbs 15% bf
 
Age 25, Weight 200, Height 6'4".

Last bulking diet was approx 3500 calories, 350g carbs, 250g protein, 120g fat
 
Age 21, Weight 195, Height 6'0" (72 inches)

i will only answer the OP's question.. u guys need to stop thread hijacking...

i would start you out at 3000 caloires... 300g protein 300g carbs and about 67g fats...

then i would take you up to 3500 calories by moving carbs to 400g... an upping fats by another 10g...

then step up to 4000 calories by adding another 100g carbs and another 10g fats
