i agree with above posters, your going backwards..........shutting down natty test for 20mg dbol? not worth it. your too young for AAS anyway, its just not smart to do when your that young for many many reasons.
I did a dbol only my first time 20mgs ed gained 10 lbs lost 5. I kept 5 with no post cycle therapy (pct). I know better now but we all learn from experience. For myself it was not long after that I started pinning test.
he probably learned to eat as well during this time..no offense surfdog...and was probably waay lite when he started
or some of it was fat. either way, unfortunately, i don't think this kid is gonna NOT cycle like he should and train natty for a while. Hence the test prop.
How long do you suggest i train natural till juicing up? I have no one to really talk about these things with. So dont take it as a smart ass comment.
Thanks in advance
hey, at least you asked. lol
Here's my take. I'm not one of these 'growth plates' guys so you won't hear that from me.
When I say someone is too young, its usually based on maturity. Either muscle or mental. Muscle maturity comes with experience. Some genetic freaks are faster to attain it, but mostly it comes with time.
Mental can be anything from boozing thru your cycles cause you wanna party with your friends, to just not having the capacity to deal with what happens to EVERYONE during and after post cycle therapy (pct).
You're 21. You've only been training solid for a year... and you're a 165lbs. At you're height you should be able to hit 190lbs in two years, maybe less if you eat like you're supposed to (depending on genetics of course).
Either way, you have alot of natty potential left no matter what genetics you have. I would spend the next year at least eating like a mad man. Good solid kcals. And try a low volume routine for a while. Heavy weights, good form to failure (make sure you have a spotter.) there is a great routine here by one of the old resident powerlifters on the board that helped me pass my own maturity plateau back in '04. What you need is FOOD, lots of it, and a good strong core routine with the big lifts as a main source. I still do this routine once a year cause it works so well. Its only 3 days a week, but this is where that maturity will come from. Like PB says in the post, if you train hard and heavy like you should with this routine, you won't be able to do more than that.

Remember, you have to get strong to get big... not the other way around.
Very insightlful thanks for the link, I do this once a month as well. Ive been working off of this guys website scoobysworkshop[dot]com he talks about the same thing. And it really does help, only problem is I dont have a spotter so i cant always get those last 1 or two reps out. But thanks for the info, Im not going to lie i took 20mg of d-bol this morning an hour before heading out to the gym. Ive never had so much energy while lifting. But some how I felt like it was all mental. Im not going to do D-bol or any roids till later down the road, I honestly think I can work out as hard as i did today with out the help or roids. I will stay natty for now and eat like a mad man and train harder from now on.
Thanks a bunch to all everyone for your input I learned a shit load.

Remember Jonathan, you need to stay on a consistent routine for at least 12 weeks to see results. Once a month won't cut it, especially for a routine like that. Believe me it works.
As for the Dbol, don't sweat that one pill, and yes it was all mental. Glad you're gonna wait. Trust me you'll be happy you did.
Yeah your right, as it stands now, i work out regularly 3times a month and on the last week I do a more intense workout till failure with as many force reps as i can (force reps being those last one or two with crappy form just to get it up). You think I should always be working out till failure?
Thanks
*edit I work out every day cept the weekends, I mean i work out normal every day for 3 weeks, and on the fourth week I amp up the intensity.
i would lower that volume immediately. I can almost guarantee your overtraining. I know its hard to stay outta the gym, but that's not were you grow. rest and food are your sources for growth. This all comes back to that mental maturity I was talking about.
Try that routine, 3 days a week and no more, for 12 weeks and see what happens.
