Making the switch from adex to aromasin mid cycle

Hello

So I'm was planning to make the switch from adex to asin mid cycle...
Been reading a lot of conflicting statements so figured I'd make a thread...

First of all... What is the correct conversion of adex to asin ? Is it 0.25mg adex to 12.5mg asin ? Or 0.5mg adex to 12.5mg asin ?
I'm currently taking ~.20mg adex ED, was thinking of taking 10mg adex ED, assuming math is correct.

Also read that I should take half doses of both for at least 3-4 days to avoid drops and spikes in E2 levels, that true ?

Would suck if my math was wrong, 0.5mg adex to 12.5 asin still means I have to divide each pill in quarters lol... At least asin pills are 3x as large...

This is what I have found usually works for most.
Going from 0.5 Mg of Arimidex to 12.5 Mg of Aromasin.
This is going to vary a little Person to Person, but most Guys do well dosing this way.

Don't know where you read that you should take Half Doses of each ~ Complete Nonsense.
Doing Both could very well crash your Estrogen, just Switch over.

Aromasin is a Suicidal Inhibitor, it makes a Permanent Bond to the Aromatase Enzyme.
Unlike Arimidex which only Bonds while you are taking it.

I get Aromasin in 25 Mg Pills, so you only need to cut them into 2 Pieces............................. JP
P.S.
I use Pharma-Generic, and have Never seen 50 Mg Aromasin.
Is this some UGL, that is making this ?

Since we're not allowed to talk sources etc, all I can say is...I use the same stuff that "Pushtoday" got for free that sponsored his latest log.

Mine comes in 20mg pills.. I also order Cialis and funny thing is ALL their pills are same size, same color and all labeled "EP"....fun times mistaking viagra and AI and giving them to some friends while drunk lol....

The other stuff was just me googling...but it kinda sucks..
I'm on about 0.20mg adex ED right now, suspecting a tiny E2 drop and guessing my sweet spot is 0.15mg adex ED.
What would that be in asin ?

I switched from asin hoping I could just divide the pill in half and good to go...
Now when both require quarters...it feels pointless to even switch ?

Also have planned E2 and IGF1 bloodwork this friday (maybe monday because of time issues).

Not Familiar with the Source, as I don't really look at the Board Sponsors.

OK, so if the Aromasin comes in 20 Mg Tabs, I would start with 1/2 tab or 10 Mg. EOD.

Wait 10 Days after you make the switch to Aromasin to do Bloodwork.
Arimidex has an Approx. Half-Life of 48 to 50 Hours.
You need roughly 5 Half-Lives for the Drug to be Eliminated............................. JP

Just make sure you give it the 10 Days after switching to do the Bloodwork.
This way you'll get an Accurate Read on your Estradiol.............................. JP
P.S.
Did you do a Baseline IGF-1 before starting on the Arimidex.
I've read a lot of Conflicting Studies on Arimidex and IGF-1, but it's always on Women with Breast Cancer.
Or Young Boys, or Extremely Fat Men.

What I would like to see, is a study on Bodybuilders, or at least Men at a Healthy Weight that Lift Weights.

I feel better. Not huge improvement but I do feel less moody.
It should be just slightly less then the 0.20-0.25mg adex ED i was aiming for.
Leaving bloodwork tomorrow. Will update with the results.

But summary is basically:
Off cycle: 130ish
3 weeks on: 170ish
Latest(7ish weeks in) 195nmol/l

Upped asin to 20mg / daily.
Also added back adex as overkill, isn't needed, probably shouldn't be done... But my reasoning is that I'd rather crash and experience low e2 rather then have it continue climbing, possible causing a butterfly effect of side effects since I just added tren.
Only running adex for 7-10 days until my asin has a chance to stabilize some.
