Hi guys
I am trying 2 gain some mass i am just wondering if puttting in a session of cardio once or twice a week will hurt this. If it dont can some 1 post a good length of time 2 do the cardio i.e 15mins on the bike etc etc Thanks In advance Neil

low impact cardio, maybe 2-3 times a week.. like walking for 30-45 mins. any intense cardio burns muscle :)

does anybody bother to read some posts before they ask the same questions that been asked a 100 times?

a couple of the boards i frequent will boot you off for doing stuff like this repeatably.

no disrespect meant just making a point.

yea pullinbig has got a point... try using the search at the bottom of the page, and see what you can find first :)

I will answer this nonetheless,
It all depends on how dedicated to gaining mass. When I am bulking up I basically eliminate any extra cardio, besides the cardiovascular effects I get from doing heavy lifting. Additional cardio would cut into my mass gains and my lifting is intense enough. When cutting I add a lot of extra cardio--this makes cutting easier.
