I was in France for over a year at one point and I gotta say I never saw one single amp of Parablon. I think the only availability of Parabolon is through buying the raw materials to make it yourself.
Actually, there is at least one hormone producer in china that is selling tren powder with the parabolan ester attached. I've seen the list. You can make your own version in your kitchen.
