Math Q?

100 grams of pasta contain 75 grams of carbs, NOW i need 60 carbs for 1 meal-how many grams of pasta is this!?

My result is: 80

75/100 = 60/x
75x=6000
x=80


....and that is different than what I posted above.....how???

oops my bad...i just glanced at your math and thought it was another method (cant think of the name off the top of my head)

hehe lilboy, its not that simple. In the beggining it is but the further one goes the old methods dont apply anymore.
When cutting i must know to the T what i am eating and how many grams of each!
Its the only way to know and predetermine the results. Just like a student who wants to becoma a surgeon, he cant say oh well i will learn a bit here and there and expect to become a good surgeon. It ALL must be planned, and thats good because it sepparates the the people in their abbility to concentrate, plan and execute things!
