I'd have to agree. You see Matt in the off-season, and he looks HUGE and freaky, then, a little while later, you see him onstage, and you think "That's Matt Duvall? Where did the rest of him go? I thought he was bigger." Somewhat dissapointing, but, to each his own.

He is one of the nicest people you will ever meet!!!
Will take the time to help anyone out and talk to you like he has known you for years!!Talking to him last June and he has a pro wrestling contract.Gear or not I think these are the best athletes who are not in a SPORT!(HATE WRESTLING!!)
About 50 lbs lighter @260-270 and taking yoga,I hope he does really well

Matt is a great guy, he used to be a Trainer at the gym I go to. He would take time to work out with you and give you advise on training and dieting. Wish him luck.
