Max-OT to HST to Max-OT...now what?

Okay, my status:

I did 8 weeks of Max-OT, had some terrific gains and slowed slightly on weeks 7 and 8. I then decided to switch up to HST (15-10-5) for 6 weeks. I had strong gains on the 15s, then the start of the 10s. But by the second week of the 10s to the end of the HST cycle, I had shitty gains.

For the last 4 weeks, I've been back to Max-OT. I'm growing, but painfully slowly. Not at all happy with this.

I'm going to stay on Max-OT for another 1 or 2 weeks, but I definately need to change something up

I have three ideas right now:

I may look into DoggCrapp. I've heard some great things about that routine.
I may go back into HST.
I may go into 5x5
I may look for something with high volume/high reps (8 reps-10 reps?). I've done a lot of low reppage (4-6) for the past while and that may spring me out and get me some muscle.

Can you guys give me a recommendation? Training 5 days a week. Purpose is mass.
 
Personally I am going back to HST. For the past year I have been going for strength mostly and I'm now comfortable being one of the stronger guys at the gym at 190lb, and I've always made great size gains on HST.
