Max PR's Deadlifts on a cycle

Test E 150/week 215lb 5 plates. one rep. straps. no belt. no knee straps.

My balls feel like they gonna split..LOL

135 x 10 @ 240lbs :) I post vid haha jkkkkkk guys. Can't wait for Matt's vid on saturday though. I'm taking time out of my busy day to log in and see..

At 42yrs old 5'6'' 205lbs 300mgs test E & 300mgs deca 685lb. dead and 823lb squat....At 52 same cycle 550lb deadlift 650lb squat.

At 5'6" do the plates even leave the floor? Kidding, that's impressively strong! I'm 51 and my deadlift is too low to print.

I have a good 2 or 3 inches between the floor and the plates...lol...Been powerlifting for about 30yrs. I could probably do more but the back and knees are starting to ache on a regular basis now.

715 on...

Puberty.

That was before the multiple knee surgeries, opiate addiction, hypogonadism and two decades ago. I miss the rush of lifting incredible amounts of weight, but being bed-ridden for two years taught me that hypertrophy is how this guy is going to roll from here on out. I was 6'7" 285 at the time, and another dumb kid that thought he was invincible.

Just be careful fellas. Listen to your body when it talks, or it forces you to listen with actions. Shooting a knee-cap literally off one's leg definitely gets attention. :p

My .02c :)

haven't cycled yet (next week baby): but do 180kg (395lb) deadlift.
I honestly don't push too hard as I want to get 4-5 reps out and I've had bad knees in the past.

So that's just a four-plater lift here!

Forgot to mention...I pulled a PR three days out from my show (during peak week when you're supposed to lift light)

Whaaaazaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa ;)
