Maximus Transformation!

Outstanding progress!

What have you found to be the most difficult and least difficult aspects of making this progress - diet, training, lifestyle changes?

Keep it up!

I would say least difficult would be getting back to training. Believe it or not I have been training for decades. I know you can't tell by the before pic though....just let myself go to shit for awhile after shoulder injuries. The most difficult would be diet related. Being strict with increasing protein intake . & less carbs. Also I miss having my Dukin Donuts pumpkin muffins.......soooooo good.

OK, you guys that have been posting before & after pics have inspired me to post my own. Or atleast try to post them, so i'll give it a go here.

Had a hard time finding a before pic cause.....ewwww

I signed up with Chip about mid Aug 11.

Before Pic stats 5'10" 195 body fat around 16%

After 207 bf 12.5%

A Huge! thanks to Chip & his team & also everyone that contributes to this board. I have learned a crap ton of good info.

Most impressive.

Can you post up your TRT/HRT proto call? Like the Avi lol

Protocol is 200mg test c / 5 days, 500ui Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) / 5 days & Aromatase inhibitor (AI) 2x/week. This seems like my sweet spot feeling good & no more night sweats thank god. I hope to get bloods done soon to see where the numbers are.

Now if only my joints & tendons would get what I'm doing id be real happy. I swear youth is wasted on the young.

Good job.. when you post your labs do you mind posting your beginning Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) numbers also? great gains in only 6 months..

Nice work and inspirational, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) was a tool the hardwork is yours.

An odd side effect of the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), seems your tat switched pecs.
