Mental energy low

Lately, just seem to feel burnt out about
training and eating...
Skipped a few days in the last few weeks,
missed some meals, etc.
Been at this for a while and have a clear path
ahead. Need some inspiration to push forward!

what does your training scedual look like?

when is the last time you deloaded?

sounds like overtraining. Take a full week off and do light recover, prehab and gpp stuff.
 
Schedule is 5 day split with weekends off.
Don't physically feel over trained, just
mentally worn down.
As for deloading.. please elaborate.

what you are describing is a symptom of
overtriaining. Assuming your diet is on point overtraining is most likely to blame. Ill explane more later today. I dont have time right now.
