Lately, just seem to feel burnt out about
training and eating...
Skipped a few days in the last few weeks,
missed some meals, etc.
Been at this for a while and have a clear path
ahead. Need some inspiration to push forward!

what you are describing is a symptom of
overtriaining. Assuming your diet is on point overtraining is most likely to blame. Ill explane more later today. I dont have time right now.
