i did a full cycle of this and it worked ok but nothing crazy it may have been because my test levels were fucked up from a different cycle but it did give me some more stregth

Follow the dosing recommendation on the bottle and take them am and pm.

I just take two advanced cycle support caps first thing in the morning.

i did a cycle i gained 10 pounds out of it.. i do recommend some nova after the cycle as a pct
