Mid cycle injury. Torn rib muscle. Anyone else had one?

Mid cycle, doing a leg press, felt this big POP in my right side. Torn intercostal muscle in my lower rib.
I am wondering if anyone else has had this injury, and if they could still work out with it?
How long to heal?

I really dont want to stop because I am on cycle now.

From what I have read, this is almost always caused in Leg press type work.

Load up on ibuprofen and quit bitching and go?

Experiences with this?
 
Right. I plan on going easy but really dont want to stop.
Maybe will use a rib wrap and just do upper body for a few weeks.
 
rib wraps just keep your diaphram from expanding and make it hard to breathe. rest it bro. thats how it will heal
