Mid-first cycle pivot? (not the Pacific strategy)

Hey guys, long time listener first time caller. Do you think it's worth going up to 500mg a week for the last 8 weeks of my first cycle? I started at 400mg 3.5 weeks ag. Alternatively I could just go a few extra weeks at 400.

Deets: After playing with PHs, Sarms, peptides, orals, voodoo dolls etc, for a few years I started a first real cycle three and a half weeks ago.

Test Cyp 200mg M, Th for a total of 400mg per week. .25 adex E3D from the start, bloated like crazy, so I'm all the way up to .5 a day after playing with the dosage.

29, 210, 16%ish body fat? (calipers say 12% but I'm fatter than that). Only goal of this cycle is a cut down to dat bowflex commercial bod, I have plenty muscle mass. Been on natty cutting diet, cardio, exercise regime, paleo/slow carb, ~2000 cal/day with 200g protein, 60g fat, for over a year and just not getting any cosmetic improvement.

I tested high for cortisol but doctor was like "deal with it" - anything I should add beyond test? I know anabolics block some cortisol activity but given I'm really high maybe something extra should help with a cut? There's Rhodiola and Phosphatidyl Serine but who knows if that does anything.

Ps - anything you guys do for puffy/water retention besides higher adex? Would primo or anavar be silly for a first time to help destroy this hell fat?
 
What week are you in right now on your cycle ? honestly ... most first cycles ive seen recommened are 500mg per week ... not to mention most test e and c ive seen are dosed at 250mg per ml ... but anyways . my furst cycle was 500mg per week for 10 weeks .. u can give it a shot
 
Just started week 4 so I could shove in an extra 50 today. My stuff is 200mg/ml pharma from a friend of Sherlock
 
The psychco-sematic effect it will have on you will be much greater than the real benefit I m o but then when it comes to the mind I am a super believer in positive mental energy and if a drug were pure placebo but made me believe it worked and I felt better for it so be it.
