milk vs water!!!

is full cream whole milk ok to drink istead of water all the time,i can drink that stuff all day n through out the night,i get cravings for it,and i carnt stand drinkin water.will it be ok jus to drink milk and no water at all?im on a bulking cycle thanks my friends
 
are we talking anabolic milk??? :)

You need water. 2 litres throughout the day won't kill you, the rest you can get from other sources (veggies, milk, etc)
 
you could easily drink 1L when you workout, then another 1 during the whole day - it's really nothing. You SHOULD be drinking more like 4 litres a day though...
 
true,i never thought of it that way.am always gulpin down loads at the gym,am from the uk,u have to forgive me again hehe,u say 4 litres but am only a small lad 5.5 170lbs,ill stick to 2litres:):):):)n drink milk thru the night:)happy times thanks
 
I "used" to drink 4-8 litres of skimmed milk ED ( 2% fat ) , it's a very cheap source of protein....you can buy it anywhere and it tastes great....

I barely drink any now but at the time it was an easy option for carbs and protein.
 
If you live in the states, there are many different kinds of skim milk. You can sometimes find skim that tastes very similar to whole.
 
Im lactose intolerate so i can't drink it, but i personally would change to skim or at least 1-2%. Drinking water is essential even when not doing aas, but i def wouldn't cut it out. Standard is 8-8oz glasses of h20 ed.
 
milk only will cause all kinds of digestion issues. The more protein you take in the more fiber you need if not your liable to destroy the small and large intestines. Trust me you don't wana have that kinda problem. Not to mention your body needs atleast 2 litters of water a day to detoxify and replace any lost fluids.

? why not milk,... i drink lots of it in the day and at night and very little water prob only a glass or two when i work out... and i mix my protean shake with it in a pint glass......milk makes you fat dont it ? and i whant 2 get big not small
