minimum amount of aas needed??

i am looking to spend as little as possible on gear as well as food so i will make all my meals. i am 6 ft 208lbs 13 or so % bf. i want to save all the muscle that i have and just cut as much bf as possible. would clen and a good diet/cardio by itself be successful for this? what does everyone recommend for the bare minimum to preserve muscle and cut fat?
 
Of course you can cut without AAS, but you'll always lose at least a little bit of muscle if you do it that way

If you want to use the bare minimum of AAS, use at least as much to make up for shutting down your natural test production during and for a month or two after the cycle. I'd use at least 500mg test but you could probably get away with 300mg
 
winny is an aas, it will shut you down, meaning it does mess with your ttest levels. Any Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) will have an effect on your test levels
 
better yet, how does sus 250 once a week and clen sound to minimize cost and number of injections per week so i can really concentrate on diet/cardio. would this preserve all or most of the muscle in your opinion? if so, what dosage should the sus be ran at per wk
 
Prop+clen+T3 - pretty cheap and will get the job done. Run clen+T3 for about 4 weeks then take 4 week break. Only problem is the amount of injections u will be doing, but if u dont mind that its doable. Sust isnt that good since it'll make u hold water much more than prop will, and a good anti-E to prevent that might be costly.

yes and if your really inclined then just do a low dose of test like 200mg a week along with a good diet...but for your goals i wouldnt do any aas
 
i might even do some ephedra and andro to hold me over till springtime. then ill do a cutter but maintain my diet now and until then and continue it.
 
HRT is 200 of T every two weeks. I take this. It is not an anabolic amount. 200 every 7 days is a good minimum. I would add glutamine or the cheaper form called phosphatadylserine. This is 50% cheaper than glutamine and spares muscle tissue from cortisol just as well
 
I suggest you give clen or ephedrine a go without any AAS. Diet and cardio, of course, are all improtant here.

SOme of the AS's shut you down more than others but i've never read about one that doesn't shut you down at all. The thing that immediatly comes to mind with Winstrol (winny) is it's liver toxicity.

Were you thinking oral or injectable Winstrol (winny)? Also I believe Winstrol (winny) makes your joints hurt or something along those lines. If you were thinking oral i've been reading about anavar and primo quite a bit and they both seem to be very low in sides, very clean gains and although liver toxicity is present it is supposedly very low especially with primo.
 
Hate to say it man but no-one yet has. If your lookin to budget on your food Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) etc. I would hold off a while. Wait till you got the money to spend on lot's of good whole foods and maybe some good test. Making gains in muscle mass requires spending the dough to go along with it, especially in the grocery store.
