Minimum amount of Deca for gains

It would make more sense if you read the posts and responses in chronological order.
He only mentioned his back after I had mentioned ligaments and tendons.
Do you think the spine doesn't have tendons and ligaments attached to it?
I think you are just spoiling for a fight?

You are correct he did mention the back AFTER the fact in post #5...but then you continued on with the lifting heavy equals injury AFTER that.

Did he mention it was a tendon or ligament injury in the back or could it be something else?

I'm not spoiling for a fight, simply pointing out the inconsistencies in the assumptions you're making.

He has explained what it is, its due to heavy lifting.
As for the injury.. I had back surgery 11 years ago due to a heridatry back issue (spinal stenosis). I had a bad back to begin with.. shoulder shrugging 225 and setting the bar down bending over was not a good idea with my bad back. That 'tweaked' things.. I was going for treatment and on a machine to stretch my lumbar spine out.. this proved to make everything worse and one day the pre-operated on disc completely came out and lodged into my spinal chord.
Needless to say.. any heavy lifting and squatting etc.. is over.
Read what caused it and then tell me it had nothing to do with tendon and ligament damage.

He doesn't say heavy lifting, you read into that. He mentions how he's set the bar down which is form. Then a machine made it worse. How is that heavy lifting?

Your right.. I mentioned my strength gains as a good thing ( not a cause for injury.. Just the opposite and why after the injury I need my strength back)
Strength was a good thing.. Came from 6 months of diet, exercise, and putting on 35 lbs of mainly muscle., after 5 months of TrT and lifting my body gained strength and mass (due to starting at a way low total test of 160) and it was primed for its first cycle.. Started my TrT benching 135 (16 months ago)... Then hit 225.. Then was totally primed with new muscle mass from natural hard work for 5 mos and got on cycle and bumped it to 315..(Plus learned better bench techniques) This didn't happen overnight and strength increase was beneficial,, NOT the cause of injury.

Anyway.. Anyone think adding deca and boosting my TrT will help me recover my strength and bounce back

Just be careful with the deca and do not go overboard brother...there's also plenty of evidence to suggest injuries healed by deca are weaker than injuries healed normally. I would hate to see you get hurt again so all I'm saying is be careful with everything...proper form, healthy posture, PT, etc.

Ideal dose of Nandrolone is 2mg/lb. of lean body mass
thanks..
That puts me about at the 350mg a week minimum dose I had proposed at the start of thread. .
maybe take shreds advice and run at least 400 mg, expecting weight gain.
how much higher should my Test Cyp be per week over the Deca? At least 500 mg of test a week if I'm running 400 deca?
Any benefit to 'jump starting' with the Test prop I got to get the Test levels up quick?
