mixing/injecting HCG

Why a 3rd vial needed ??

My Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) came with the BAC water so I just drew a total of 10cc and put it right into the same bottle as the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) powder was in. Why the suggestion to get a 3rd empty vial and transfer everything over ?
 
iv got the vials as precaution anway, if the vial of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) is the same as the vials iv purchased is it ok to just slowly drip the 5ml straight into the vial?
 
I read on here that 250 IU would be at the 2.5 mark on a 1cc/ml syringe? Do you know what it would be for a .5 cc/ml syringe?
 
Im reading- so if you have a 1/2 cc(=500IU) and protocal is 250 IU- it would be 2.5 or half of the 1/2 cc/ml syringe?

everything you need to know about Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) mixing....

first have an extra sterile vial on hand...$1.50

second buy insulin needles...29g 1cc..100 = 12$

third...buy some bacteriostatic water....30ml = $6..do not use the saline solution it comes with

fourth...when you have all your supplies take one of the ampules and break the top off...I use an ampule opener

fifth...draw up 1cc or 1ml of bac water and slowly inject it on the side of the ampule so it runs down to the hcg...do not shake to mix

sixth...draw all that up and inject into your empty vial

seventh...draw up (just to make it easy) 4cc or 4ml out of the bac water and inject it into your vial...may have to do this 4 times if your using an insulin pin

8th...now you have your Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) mixed at a ratio of 1000ius per ml...so 1/2ml will equal 500iu and so on...

store it in your fridge

of course there are different things you can do here...but this will explain the jist of it

i'm a little confused here cobra. let me make sure I understand what you're saying. first, you draw up 1cc of bac water and let it drip down the side of the amp containing the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) in order to mix it; second, you draw all this up and inject it into an empty vial. at this moment, how much more total bac water do you inject into that vial if you were to have an 18 gauge needle with a 3cc case in order to get the 1000iu/ml ratio? thnx.

you drew up 1cc so inject 4 more into the vial. you will then have 5cc of bac water and 5000ius of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) mixed. 5000iu divided by 5ml = 1000iu per ml. i prefer to mix 5000ius with 10ml bac water making it 500ius per ml, this way you can measure the amounts you inject more precisely and get more accurate dosing. whether or not this makes a difference i have no idea.
