Ok so for years every time I stir or use my shaker bottle to mix my protein powder or muscle replenisher no matter what brand it always seems to produce a lot of foam. Should I had ice and use a blender?
I use to be a shaker guy, but then I decided to get me a blender. Makes a world of difference. I use water and a few ice cubes, and depending on what flavor protien you have you can add fruits.
I have experienced lots of diff protein powders, Myofusion Banana, ON, Dymatize, Now I recently got me some XF, and it is the shizznit!... The best Chocolate PB flavor, and it's definatley awsome mixed with some natty pb and a small banana post workout... Also they have a cinnomon roll flavor which is insane!...
