mixing test ...........................

Got some test 400 to run for 12 weeks but it is very thick (hard to draw n push in a 23g).

I have a bottle of prop that I did not finish from 6 months ago. The prop is thin. In a perfect work I would like to mix them to thin the 400 so I can use my 25g pins. Any thoughts.

You could do that, or you could get some filtered ethyl oleate and add it to the bottle. You could also heat the gear before drawing and pinning by running it under hot water, put it in a pot of boiling water for 90 seconds, or hitting it with a hair dryer.

If they prop and T400 are suspended in different oils, the density is likely to be different so they may not mix well in a single vial.
I agree with Norsegod, just trying applying a little heat to the T400, and definitely get some draws (18G) so you have an easier time getting your oil into the syringe and also have an unused needle to pin with. Hypodermic needles come with a lubricant designed to ease IM injection per-applied to them, if you use the same needle to draw and inject you are wasting this coating and risking contamination.

I wouldn't mix in the vial. Get 18G to draw and replace with 23 to pin. Wrapping the vial in a heating pad for 15 minutes prior to draw will also work. But the draw needle works best hands down.
