moderators, need help/input

been training for ten years (5-6 solid, last 3-4 not so solid due to working around 100 hours a week) all time heaviest weight around 305-310, right now around 285-290 and a little tighter-wearing 38's. chest is btw. 52-54 and arms vary btw 19.5-20.5. last cycle was omnadren's 500 q wk X 8 and naps 40mg qd X 2 wk followed by 25mg qd X 4wks, weight stayed steady, strength went up (405 on incline for 4 reps, 315 military for 6 reps) been unable to lift any for past three weeks d/t shld injury (haha)

my question is have i reached my best size, i used to gain 20 pds anytime i used anything, now i never feel the swole when i'm on like in the past, are there any magic combo's i could try (thought about GH, but scared d/t hx of atypical skin lesions and GH's ability to transform these) or anything else. i'll be the first to admit that my diet/rest is not as good as in the past, but i can't eat and breath weights like i used to, but when i'm on and seem to have more energy i do train harder, sleep better, and eat a little better. sorry if i come across like a rookie, just need a little input/reassurance. thanks
 
im not a mod, but have you tried tren? thats a good mass builder for almost anyone if thats what your looking for. possibly anadrol... what kind of gear have you used in the past. also eating lots of protein is a must when your on any steroid seeing how pretty much every steroid effects your protein synthesis. 2 gm for every pound of weight is the best. you can eat whatever you want as long as you have the protein those roids need
 
i have never tried either of those. tren interests me, but i've heard it is hard to come by. i'd like to do some tren and drol together for 6-8 wks, appreciate your help
