funny, but is it good to scare the shit out of a baby, especially when they are just brand new and begininng to learn all the emotions and how to sort them out with daily situations..make sense?

I know, I had fun when my girls were babies , you never see the world through a baby's eyes... Seeing everyting from sratch...this baby was soo cute though, how can u fake that, pure innocence !!
Yea but say little elly may came to visit your oldest daughter everyday.. and perhaps whenever you went to check the laundry or do whatever around the house..
Little Elly may made it a habit to give a scare to your youngest baby....so 50-100 scares later..would little baby develop a stutter or be very skitish later in life...?
not saying a funny scare here and there is bad..but what happens if it's excessive...?
