On Vacation
So, on my last order from Chip, had an item that was not in stock at the pharmacy. I got a letter in my pack explaining all of this and let Chip know as he asked me to tell him if there was any issues. Of course i didn't care as the letter was fine but i told him anyway.

It was a Friday afternoon, and by monday morning i had the rest of the order. I have no doubt this would have been here by Saturday if it wasn't so late in the day when i called him.

Amazing customer service to say the least. Chip called the pharmacy and they made good within a day. This is wayyyy too easy. lol

Chip is awesome. I had a question for him at 9:15pm last night for him, I think he texted me back in 2 minutes! The best thing I've done in regards to testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) was changing companies and using Chip!
 
Chip answered my emails during the holiday. Unheard of. I don't even answer my phone on the weekend let alone a holiday. Having BW done tomorrow and physical is Thursday. Hopefully will be on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) by next week. The whole process could not be any easier.
