morning crisis

I am having a problem of eating in the morning. Once I wake up, I feel full and can't eat anymore. I tried force feeding but almost end up puking and felt very bad. DO most people here have the same thing in the morning?? Please share your opinions. would be glad to hear.

i eat very very lightly in the morning. just take a bowl of cereal man shredded wheats with skim milk is like 30 grams of protein
 
I seem to have a hard time in the morning with protein by itself, but as long as I combine it with something like bread or biscuits, I'm generally good.

McDonald's near me had 2 for $2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits for a long while. That shit was good, but it is over now.
 
happens to everyone in the beginning.

i used to drink shakes in the morning because i couldnt handle whole food. Now i am starving when i wake up.
 
Try drinking a few cups of water or green tea upon rising. Give yourself 15-30 mins to get going and have some oats and a shake or whatever you like. Works for me, I cant just start eating off the bat usually - I need that initial stomach prep.
 
If I have to get up early (anytime before 11am for me) or if I have to get up before 8 or 9 hours of sleep I find it a little harder to eat a lot in the morning but if I wake up whenever I want then it's pretty easy.

If you find it hard to eat enough in the morning try making a big shake. It's easier to drink than it is to eat. Make a shake w/ a scoop or 2 of protein, some egg beaters, milk and maybe some oatmeal.
 
I always had a hard time eating in the morning so i usually just have a proteinshake and som bananas or apples, but I always eat breakfast like a hour after or so. I just need to let my stomach wake up to..
 
I used to make bigass shakes with all sorts of shit at night and drink half then and half in the morning. I should really start that up again. I'm fucked for mornings too.

I agree. I need like a piece of fruit to get me hungry. Usually a green apple or a tangerine and 30-40 mins later im hungry.

if you are bulking eat a ton before you go to bed and you'll wake up starving your ass off. Even when I wake up starving I just hit a good shake then about an hour later once I get to school I go hit the cafateria for a big breakfast, then go lift. I have a lot of time on my hands so I get a lot of time to do what the hell I want my intership is a joke its nice, I can come and go as I please
