Morning Workouts Are Going to Suck

I am on a new schedule where I go to sleep at midnight, wake up at 8:30am
I need to be getting ready for work by 12pm noon, and leave at 12:50pm.

That gives me 3 1/2hours to workout.
I am on a cycle, I get up mid way through sleep and eat/replenish.

Come the freakin alarm clock sound...
I have to wake up and get some nutrients, but there is no way I am about eat a big meal like I would like too. I have this phobia of squating or deadlifting with alot of food in my stomach, and it blows doing that anyway.

So, I have Anadrol 20mg(two more weeks), some coffee, half scoop preworkout powder, 1 cup oats, fish oil, multivitamin, liver support supplement, 1 scoop ptotein powder.
I cut up apple for eat during workout. 1 scoop protein powder sip through workout. I will be starting workout with either treadmill or bike to get going. Some dynamic stretching.

Now with all that, I dont like the idea of not having real food in me. Plus it's freaking morning time bro. I HATE MORNINGS. FML. I have to motivate myself somehow.

HOW DO YOU GUYS DO IT?
What is your morning routine during bulk?

Scoop of whey, scoop of Karbolyn, 10mg Cialis, pre workout. Also bring a scoop of whey & Karbolyn to the gym and drink it after the first main lift (squats, deads, etc). Running on 50g protein and 100g carbs is plenty for me. No way I'll eat a real meal before early morning workout.
 
Wifey woke up, busted out panini maker, whipped up some egg whites, turkey slices, ciabatta bread. Made a badass pinini bro..
I am over here all jelly, thinking WTF.. how come I didn't think of that.
 
When I worked afternoons, I went to the gym after work. I wouldn't even set an alarm clock. Just wake up and eat. If you have a 24hr gym membership this may be an idea..

mornings suck for me too, but to get things going in my belly i always cook some bacon to get the smells going and the appetite awaken. works every time. love eating blt's sandwiches preworkout and post.
 
you should consider doing a fast acting protein and a semi-simple carb mixed with a complex carb..

easiest thing would be whey, 40g oats, and brown sugar..
