motivation help!!!

i know i'll get flamed in the convo. room, so this is my only help of the forum..


in the past month..my life has looked like this.. *in this order*
got a job in dallas *3 hrs. away*
graduated college
moved up here
started my job working 12hrs shifts *this is all in 2 weeks*

now almost a month later, i have yet to go to a gym..i went into a ballys but canncelld the membership, cuz they pay for alot of 24hr. fintess *my work*...

so i havent touched a weight in like 3 weeks.....im looking at a box of juice that i just bought...but im sick when i looki at the mirror and see what i lost, sick when i take my measurments of the inches lost...i think whats the point...and it bothers me, cuz working out was the only dedicated thing i have done in my life *started about 1.5 yrs ago*.. i dont know, just been a long hard week, and i need to vent, and i dont know anybody in this city or anybody around me to vent to...sorry if this seems like a pitty party..
 
Sounds like your worknig too much. You dont need motivation, you need the right job for your life or you will never be happy.

If your job doesnt fit in with your life, fix that problem.
 
my whole life completly changed in a matter of 2 weeks..from living with my parents, not a damn thing to worry about..to working, paying bills, ect. ect. ect *which is life, no worries*...

my biggest deal is i think i would be much happier if i was taking my stress out at the gym..hahahah and i hope to get back there asap~!

Well, when things change that fast, its usually pretty hard I would think!

Good luck man. Find a balance in your life so you can do everything you need and want to do.
 
thanx bro..thanx alot, just hard to talk to peopel when you dont know anybody but your family anymore....and mom isnt the person i can be like...hey mom, i need to train, i got some juice..help me out!

Quit talking about it and get in the gym start slow and work up to were you were previously at, then start setting real goals. The gym is a great release if you let it.
 
thats it man, the sooner you get back to the gym, the sooner you'll start feeling better.
healthy body = healthy mind , and all that shit.
Sounds like you got a lot on your plate at the moment, good luck with it all
