Movements for sexy look on cycle

Sexyy

I am banned!
Hey guys i dont wanna look like a bodybuilder. I just wanna look like a sexy guy, good looking guy etc.

Bodybuilding movements dont make me aesthetic or sexy. For example barbell row makes my upper back muscles big. So i dont look sexy, I look like a bodybuilder.

For example hammer curl is good for sexy looking.

Im on first cycle right now. And I thought if barbell row makes me look like a bodybuilder I shouldnt do that. For back, I'll do pull up only. Is this logical? I'll also workout my back with pull up everyday. Im on cycle so overtraining is hard, right?

if you don't want to build muscle, but you do want to look sexy ,, I suggest you not bother with the gym and instead you stay home and try on sexy panties and different shades of lip stick.

This has gotta be the funniest thread of the night! Ya bud, your not going to blow up into a bodybuilder over night...

Guys i want muscles but aesthetic is more important.

Large compound movements like rows are a staple for aesthetics, go ask any fitness model including females variants and they will tell you that they do rows, presses, squats. In order to have all the little stabilizer muscles worked you need to do compound movements. I don't see why you would cycle and just do curls, like the other guys said you won't blow up over night, not even over one cycle. Dudes that big have been after that build for years on end. You might as well scrap your cycle of all you do is curl and do pull-ups. I also would like to know your logic behind a pull-up being okay vs a row? Pull-ups hit the lats hard and promote thickness of the back.

Of course my back wont be too big. But some of movements are not good for aesthetic.

Bullshit , that's got to be bullshit if I ever heard of bullshit. I mean WTF are you talking about. All movements will tone and can build muscle. Tight firm muscle are sexy.

You do all the basics to build some mass, a base. ALL the movements, any of them. When you have some mass you can shape.

:Pat: This whole thread is ridiculous. I mean WTF . You want to do movements that will build sexy mass or small mass or WTF. You want muscle but aesthetic is more important. Do you know the meaning of the word.

Someone wake me the fvck up :dunno:

Shit! That's all it takes?!?

Damnit, I've been hitting the weights for 2hrs a day, seven days a week for YEARS - and I just had to put on panties and lipstick...?

Mind = blown. :wiggle:

I wonder how the wife would react if she came home to a bald headed behemoth in panties and lipstick... Role play possibilities are endless!

Not srs.

Ok, a little srs. :spin:
