Mr supps pump juice extreme! Review with the dog

I would first like to say thank you to mr. Supps, MuscleAddiction, hurricane187, and anyone else who played a part in allowing me to do a review of PUMP JUICE EXTREME!

I would also, like to,say thank you again!!! Why you ask??? Well mr supps and crew generously tossed in a bottle of Beastdrol v3. So there will be 2 reviews. They will be done seperately... so there is no confusion..

 
The flavor says Cherry Berry explosion.
As soon as I took off the cap you could smell the berry flavor. So to me this is a good sign. Now hopefully it tastes as good as it smells.

Suggested use one scoop 8 - 10 ounces of water. As you can see I used 1 scoop.lol... , I will mix this with about 8 ounces of water and drink this within 15 minutes. At approximately 8 p.m. I'm going to go for A2 mile jog/HIIT SESSION. I will also incorporate some stretching ,push-ups , and ,lunges.
Immediately after that , I will begin a P90X style workout!

I Will update shortly on taste.

Then update tonight on my run and workout!

I sure would like to see some of these products use the Methycobalmin B-12 instead of the Cyanacobolamin. I have found the Cyanacobolamin to be useless junk.

Of course I'm only talking about the B-12 in this product and not making any review of the Pump Juice. I'm just making a statement in regard to the use of B-12 with any product. I'm going to try this product and will report in. I was looking to get / add a supplement this coming month when I start my cycle. I always use Methyl B-12 @ 5,000mcg ED.

I know I'm personally not all that knowledgeable about the various forms of B12 (I'd have to do digging to research bioavailability and the like). What do you think the reasoning is for the one form being superior to the other? (legitimately curious and figured I'd ask you rather than digging up research right off the bat)
 
Sorry to everyone. Ive been locked out. Just recieved a new password. Because of being locked out ive been keeping the log up to date somewhere else. But now that im back logged in i will,catch my log up here again sorry..everyone uo to,date.
 
After mixing with water, it was pretty frothy! Also, almoat everything dissolved! You had some residual in the bottom, which i believe to be beta alanine!
Taste: 7/10. Dont get me wrong , it doesnt taste bad. But its a little weak in the flavor department. Most people will probable love this taste. Juat personal preference, when it comes to cherry/berry flavor i like a much stronger, bolder taste. Again ,this is just a personal preference. I know most people will give this a higher rating. That is one reason you saw the larger scoop . I can always add water to dilute the taste.

I managed to get in 20 minutes of HIIT! Not as much as i liked. But i am at work.
Focus is pretty dam good right now,. I feel very attentive and alert.

Stamina /endurance . This will take a week or 2, for a better comparison.
I will mark down times and breathing and time til fatigue, i will also, gauge
My improvement for endurance. And performance. Hopefully taking this so late will not cause me to stay up all night!lol. We will see.. i get off at 11pm. I will,go to the gym and do some arms . Update more tomorrow
 
As im now trying to get some of my work done before leaving , i realized im pretty fucking wired!!! In a good way! Seriously. Not the jittery i just had some clen, and ephedrine, while drinking a red bull feeling!! But a nice steady consistent urge to get the fuck up and do some delts and shoulders kinda feeling.. i dont wanna sit down. I feel like i have to,get up and push something!! So with that said be back,in 30 minutes gonna hit some delts.
 
Ok , i believe i cannot take 1scoop and half to late. Cauae i just wont want to go to sleep.. lol i realized this the other night when it was 5am and i decided i needed to go to bed!

I had a great.workout, did 4 set of delts

Forward /side . I do these as a superset. I go from front raises write into side raises. 4 sets of 12-15reps each back to back. Nice pump. Delts burned like crazy

Rear delts 4 sets of 15,12,12,10

Alt one arm shoulder press
3 x 12
Upright rows
3 x10-15reps

One arm rows 3 sets 10-12reps

I had a really good feel working my shoulders/delts. Nice pump,nice burn. And i had a real good drive. I think so far this is pretty good , considering I have not been taking any aas!
I will be taking about 1-1/2 scoops and mixing it with about 6-8oz of water.
Gonna hit some arms tonight. See how it goes! Update in a bit!
 
Ok yesterday i took 1-1/2 scoops w/ about 6 oz.water. i believe this is the ideal spot for myself. About 35 minutes and i was feeling energized. This was my workout. No rest between sets. Jumped back,and fourth from myslef to my brother. Just constant pounding..lol this was the workout
Today my brother invited me over with my kids. So we played had a good time then me and my brother worked out.*

Today i had a great pump. Outer lats are sore as hell right as they touch delts. Arms are pumped as well as forearms. Im feeling small , we will,be kicking up cardio to the max come monday .. kids are demanding my time, and dont want to disappoint them with all,we have gone threw so far.*
Update more in a bit, giving my 5yr old. A bath. Life of a parent....

Energy was constant, no waiver at all. Very consistent. Especially since its been so long, i felt pump juice reall6 kept me pushing, when i should probable fatigued. Thumbs up!!
