I got some free gift cards from GNC, so i picked up two box's of Mega Men Performance And Vitality vitapaks....question is
are these ok when cycling or should i pick up the sport vitapak instead.

They should be fine. You piss out most of what's in multi's anyway as they're intended to bridge the gap in what nutrients we don't get from our diet. I do suggest picking up a quality fish oil as this will help with cholesterol and blood pressure.

^^^^this. Multivitamins should not be your sole source of micronutrients as the bioavailability is reduced with the production process, multis can lead to severe nutrient imbalances, and its possible to reach nutrient toxicity levels with multis. They're made to "supplement" what you're lacking. Just be sure to take them with lots of water and some sort of fat for the the fat soluble vitamins.

Agreed

I like orange triad the best. It has glucosamine and chondrotin in it. The only downside is 3 horse pills 2x's a day!

Just don't get the ones with B12 as cyanocobalomin. Made with Methylcobalomin B12, vitamins are more expensive, but its worth it.

Yeah, the 6 horse pills a day sucks, but man it's a hard deal to pass up given what's in them! Oh, the neon yellow/green piss is just the chromium and other elements that dye your urine passing through. Completely harmless. :)

Has anyone had any nasty side effects from Multi-vits? I was reading that high levels of Magnesium and Zinc help anxiety?

The only problem with multis would be nutrient toxicity from mega dosed ones but drinking plenty of water should flush excess nutrients out before that becomes an issue. Also you have to watch out for specific ratios as too much of certain vitamins will interfere with the absorption of others. Don't know about zinc but magnesium (especially the powder form of citrate) is supposed to have a calming effect. Also helps with sleep.

IF this was a joke question, ha ha, funny...
But, I have a feeling that it's not!
And if that's the case, You probably should NOT be running any gear!
I'm sorry but, why would you think vitamins have anything to do with your gear?! You should be taking them on or off... young, old, worksout, or not... doesn't matter, you take that shit!

Zinc and Magnesium together gives me weird dreams and it wakes me up in the middle of the night.

For the most people if your diet is on check and you're eating enough veggies, then there is really no need for multi-vitamins.

I hopeee this is a joke.
If you don't know what vitamins you should be taking... I don't think it's wise you should be running gear!!
