muscle bloating problem

I am taking Anadrol now and I guess its making me really bloating, any good methods to improve this condition, some lads told me ZMA can take some effects.

Really, I was always under the impression that since Drol does not aromatize to E, that using an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) would be useless.

what you can to is an antagonist approach. Take an anti estrogen (noveldex, clomid) ( by the way armidex is actually an anti androgen not antie estrogen, which is why it can lessen your gains. The reason i know is a asked my doctor to prescribe me some and he said it could take away my gains and he explained the who thing to me. So i went with noveldex). Anyway take the anti estrogen and a mild diuretic, most people who do this use aldactone (don't use lasix) or the taxatrone stuff you can get at GNC. Use the two together and it should knock out the bloat. My friend used A50's and this antagonist protocall PRECONTEST up untill the last 5 days! And, he won overall. It didn't mess him up at all.

Exactly. The bloating from Anadrol is from prog and increased blood volume. As far as its potential to for maintainble , solid muscle tissue growth, I think Anadrol is kind of a sucky drug.

And BTW: NEVER take a diuretic unless your life is in danger from an insane BP level from edema. This is very bad advice.

All i know is what my doctor told me. I thought i could trust him cause he is an endrocrineologist (spelling) and woks with juicers. Also i wasn't suggesting he do the diuretic, i just told him what he could do and what my friend did. But he also did it pre-contest so it was nessicary. I would not do it myself, but there are many vetrens that i know that have.
