Muscles(+) Fat(-)

I've been having some trouble calculating how much fat I should be intaking a day. Firstly, I want to still gain muscle but cut the fat.

Just from my shakes alone I intake about 10.5g-12.5g a day.
How much more should I be intaking daily?
 
Are you running any steroid cycles right now? If not, you will have a very difficult time gaining muscle while losing fat. You could try UD2.0, I've heard of people who follow it flawlessly actually gaining a pound or two of muscle while shedding a lot of fat. Still, I don't see gaining muscle/losing fat simultaneously to be very likely while you are natural.
