my 2 cycle need some help

hi all i am back this time i have got test etanthate with deca,i am doing 500mg of test and 400 mg of deca a week for 10 weeks,question is can i do 200mg of deca and 250 mg of test the same day,or is it better to do 4 separate shots a week?

Yes you can do them the same day, and in the same syringe for that matter

U mean 400 mg of deca and 500mg of test e for 10 weeks is not enough for 2cycle,I don't want to ga mad yet,firstly I want to get to know these steroids better.

thats very wise of you but to get the correct gains and money worth you should run them longer. its around the 8 week mark you start to feel the best and most from them. so if you take them up to 12 or even beter 14 weeks you will get the best results and the feeling as to what they can do for you.
the reason is the ester. this is how fast it is delivered to the blood stream and how it builds up in the system 8 weeks is peak time for them so if you run it short you miss out. realy imo 12 weeks is even to short.

oh and the doses you have, nothing wrong with them.

yup that fine you dont want to run Nolva as this will cause progestation(sp)
estro rebound.
