My 3J experience & log

I've been reading alot of reviews on 3J, all have been good of course. They are the reason I decided to sign up with him in the first place. So I thought I would write my own to ensure new comers just how much his services are worth.

I have always trained naturally since I was about 17, I did a few cycles at 23, which I now know is a little young but at the time I didn't know better. I had some bad luck come my way and had to stop training and sort things out so I had a year off. Finally got back into it this year.. At the age of 25, soon to be 26. In the year off my bodyfat went from 11% to what I would say 21%. I realized when I started training just how much bigger I had gotten without even realizing it.

I joined this board and got some great information, lost some bodyfat naturally but my diet wasn't the best. I read so many good things about 3J I thought it was about time to be serious with myself and grab my training by the balls and sign up. It's the best thing I have done.... And I've done alot. Lol.

I emailed him and before I could even sign out I had an email back from 3J. I explained to him my situation and he was more than happy to help. Assured me he could reach my goals if I followed his diet. I have been on contact with him for 1.5 weeks, and he is always there when I email him. And I email him a lot of questions... Surely driving him mad.?!
After filling out his questionnaire and giving him pictures and measurements. I was on my way to success.
3J is really polite, professional and will answer any questions I have thrown at him. He has proved to me just how committed he is to having people reach their goals in a timely but realistic manner. I didn't think it was possible, but with 3J, it is! In all honesty what he charges is definately not enough for what he gives in return!

I will keep this updated weekly as I work with 3J to reach my goals of getting lean mass while lowering my bodyfat to a nice 10-12%.
I will be posting before and after shots in the coming weeks, to show just how much of a magician he is.

Thanks again 3J for all your help! Can't show my appreciation enough.
 
The diet itself is all the foods I like which makes it so much easier to accomplish. He asked what foods you like and dislike, and builds it around that so it Is sure to please and make it easier for your body transformation to be accomplished.

Will definately keep this updated every few days. I sill be putting before and after pics up.
Pretty excited actually, get my old body back. Highly motivated.
 
Just started with 3j today. I am excited to see some real results. The biggest challenge to over come with be the oatmeal. HA.

Good decision bro! You just took the first step to a great level of fitness :)

I signed up with 3J this weekend too, just waiting on my diet plan to be sent over to get started. Going to be sweet to get back down to the 210 lb range!
 
Good stuff on signing up with 3J guys. You won't regret it. Like I said, been the best thing I've done so far.

Oats is the bomb, I couldn't eat enough of them when I was training before. There's ways to making it taste nicer than it already is.

So I totally forgot about this log, my bad.
Yesterday I started my cutting diet and cycle with the help of 3J. Trying to get down to around 10-12% bodyfat and be leaner. Get the last of the stomach fat gone.

I'm starting with a keto diet, then I'll go onto carb cycle. First day went beautifully. Suprised with how I'm handling being carb free to be honest.

Did my first pin last night also,

Weeks 1-12 Test prop 500mg week
Weeks 1-10 Tren ace 200mg week
6-8months Jintropin 6iu a day, 5 on 2 off.

Got benadryl ready for tren sides just incase.

PCT I'll be doing a Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) blast
Clomid 50/50/50/50
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20

Any improvement is appreciated.

I'll update this log couple times a week, I'm hoping to reach my goal within 2 months.

I Think that's what it's called, got it at home. It's useful for making you drowsy and making you fall asleep... Since tren is hard to sleep on for some.
 
Day 3 of keto

Had an absolutely terrible sleep last night, very broken and for a Max of around 3 hrs. Not sure if that'd be tren or not. Now I'm up and about I feel very fresh, very energetic.
Used some of the time I was up to do 30mins of cardio.
Today I'll be training my legs, my favorite exercise.... Squats. :D followed by another little cardio session since I won't have a chance tomorrow, then I'll be pinning 50mg tren and 150mg prop along with the 6iu.

Feeling excellent today.

Did my measurements this morning and noticed 1.5cm drop around my waist... Yeah boy! Time to get the last bits of fat from my stomach.
I've also been getting mad cravings for breads, so I've banned bagels from being in my sight (my misses is carb cycling aswell... Another 3J customer). But I've been pushing through that like a trooper. Did I say I'm feeling excellent today? Lol

I signed up bulking last year but now trying to cut and lose the fat around stomach. Best thing I did man... Honestly.
 
Day 4 of Keto

Had a decent night sleep, got my 8 hours in but it was broken a few times. This morning I feel absolutely shithouse, feel really run down, no energy at all. Whole body is aching and I have a killer headache to boot. No appetite whatsoever. Took me about an hour to eat breakfast. Today's going to be one looooong day.

On a good note I had an awesome session last night. Pushed myself real good, had a massive pump. Why I love training... Better than sex.

Pinned the usual 6iu of Jin and 50mg tren, 150mg prop. Went smoothly.
Tonight I'll be pushing past this shithouse feeling and doing some cardio, sticking to plan no matter what I'm feeling at time. Determination is what i have plenty of.
