i have been doing crossfit and metabolic conditioning for about four years prior to my six month 5x5 reverse pyramid lifting routine. i only lift 3x per week and fast for 18-21 hours a day. on lift days i take in about 2500-4500 cals depending on my appetite. on off days 1500-3000. i have been a cardio and metabolic conditioning athlete for 4-5 years now doing solely 6-8 hours a day running/biking/swimming/bodyweight (pushups/pullups) prior to this. 2-4 years weight lifting before that. i am 28 yrs old and i follow a basic paleoish diet plus some alcohol now and then. the pic on the left is at the beginning of my cut. the pic on the right is the first day of lifting. time period is 05SEP11-11MAR12.
