Yesterday i hit legs with leg extensions , leg press , hack squats , lunges , seated leg curls and dumbell deadlifts . For calves did 10 sets of standing raises . Today no training , goin' to the swimming pool with my wife and kid....meals are already packed in a cooler :)
 
Back today , fasted early a.m.

barbell rows superset with close grip seated rows 5 sets 15-15-12-10-8 reps
wide grip pulldowns superset with reverse grip pulldowns 3 sets 12-10-10 reps
close grip pulldowns superset with cable pullovers 2 sets 12 reps
rack deadlifts 5 sets 15 down to 10 reps
barbell shrugs 5 sets 15 down to 10 reps
abs crunches 3 sets 20 reps , reverse crunches 3 sets 20 reps

today no carbs....no problem.....my mind and will are stronger than everything:)
 
fasted cardio in the a.m. and chest-arms in the afternoon . Did 10 sets for chest and 8 each for bis-tris . weight is slowly comin' down and conditioning is improving .

Trained legs early a.m. fasted . Drank 15g of bcaas during the workout

Warm up stationary nike 10m
Leg extensions 5 sets total 100 reps
Free squats 7 sets 10 reps up to 295 pounds
Leg press 3 sets 20-15-12 reps
Linge leg curls 5 sets 15 to 10 reps
Seated calves raises 5 sets 15 reps

Tough workout.....doing squats in a fasted mode it's real hard ! But i did it......there was nobody in the gym , only me against the squat rack....love it !
 
Yesterday i trained chest and delts. Incline barbell press , incline dumbell flies , dips and machine press for chest . Standing laterals , upright rows and seated rear laterals for delts . Finished the session with abs and 20m cardio . Today early a.m. Started with 20 HIT cardio then arms with supersets and drop sets . Diet is going great , down to 189 pounds this morning !
 
cardio only yesterday . 30m on the treadmill and abs work . Today it back and traps workout , took some pics of my back and legs

weight is down to 185 pounds , getting really vascular and just feeling great
 
Sunday i trained chest and abs . This morning it was 45m fasted cardio then back to the gym in the afternoon to blast my arms . Diet is spot on , not hungry at all.... Will definetively work with 3j for my show in november ( WABBA Mr universe in finland ) . Started competing in 2010 and have done quite a few shows . My best result and an unforgettable expérience was in 2011 when i won the WABBA swiss nationales and 3 weeks later i took the european and world title (WABBA ) in Budapest ( hungary ) in the +50 cathegory . I was trained by Patrick Tuor who has trained many top athletes including Dennis Wolf and is now working with Ronny Rockel . I was 80 kg on stage in the best condition of my Life with shredded glutes....i believe i can be even better with the help of 3j ....i'm gonna be the most ripped man on stage
 
cardio fasted early a.m. 20m stationary bike and 25m on the treadmill . Abs to finish off .
afternoon hit shoulders with behind the neck presses , rear seated laterals , uprigh rows and standing cable laterals . Did 20 sets and the whole workout took me only 25 minutes . very short rest between sets and great intensity , then had my post-workout meal and went home and took a nap :) . Hit my lowest weight so far this morning : 184 pounds . Have some Genotropin comin' my way and will start a log as soon as i receive . Very excited about that !

Workout was very tough.......
lying leg curls 7 sets 15-8 reps
squats 135x15 , 185x12 , 225x3x3 sets
leg press 3 sets close stance , 3 sets wide stance heavy !
hack squats 3 sets 10 reps
barbell straight leg deadlifts 4 sets 10 reps
seated calves 6 sets 20-10 reps
had very short pauses between sets so intensity was max !
 
Chest and back today , supersets and great pump ! Finished off with traps and some abs . Weight coming down nicely , 187.5 this morning . Abs poppin' out nicely and very grainy and vascular expecially on back ,shoulders and quads . Striations on quads are on:) , quite proud of that because when i started competing my quads were nooo good but i busted my ass and squatted like a madman and in the end as they say " hard work pays off "
