I am 6'1 and around 190lbs...I am around 8-10% bf but even when i am at a lower % my abs are still very tiny? I want them to stick out... what should i do???
When you do situps/crunches from a decline, grab a 45 pound plate and hold it over your chest, or if you workout with someone, get them to throw you a medicine ball and when you go down, try and hold the ball above your head the whole time (or work up to that each workout session you do abs). Adding weight brings them out.
